Our Nachyo Mammas Sportfishing offers a customized fishing experience with the goal of putting big fish on the line at the same time as providing value for your money, supreme customer service, safety and experienced guides.
Scott Balogh is the owner, operator and captain. He has built a reputation in the islands as one of the most hardworking, well-respected and experienced captains in Bocas Del Toro. With over 25 years of experience in this region, his knowledge of the ocean, local weather, currents, and annual fishing conditions allows us to provide an elite experience to all our guests. There is no substitute for Experience, Commitment, and Integrity!

We fish because we love it and want to share our enthusiasm for our sport with you. Bocas Del Toro Panama is one of the most beautiful archipelagos in the world and one of the most untapped fisheries in Central America. We target all gamefish that live in or migrate through our very diverse and expansive island chain.
ON THE
TROLL
Depending on the weather and sea conditions, we offer a variety of fishing experiences to suit your preferences, focussing on jigging and trolling, as well as inshore cut bait fishing. We love to set out for a thrilling trolling adventure chasing after prized pelagic species like dorado (Mahi Mahi), tuna, and wahoos that get really big here in the Carribean.

THE FISHING FLEET
Nachyo Mammas is a rebuilt 1979 Robalo Sportfisher. She was built by AMF and built well. We did a complete retrofit in 2020. She was stripped down and dressed up with modern electronics and safety gear. Your safety is our first priority. On board we have UHF radio, 2 hand held radios, and a satellite phone. We run dual 200 hp Yamaha engines and the boat is equipped with a stereo and a tuna tower multiple driving stations.
FULLY CATERED
Don't bring your gear we've got you covered. As proud ambassadors of Salty Crew and Nomad we love to fish top notch tackle. Furthermore, of course we're always equipped with coolers and 10-15 bags of ice for your charter. The care of the fish once its onboard is of utmost importance and you can taste it in the quality of the fish when served.
