Payment Conditions

When reserving space at Red Frog Bungalows , 50% of the total amount of accommodations is due to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% is due fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival. In the event that you have to reschedule your trip, you may reschedule as long as it is more than 2 months prior to your reservation. Your deposit will be applied to the changed dates. We may not reschedule during high season dates.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel within the forty five (60) days prior to your arrival we will refund 30% of your deposit amount. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival you will not receive any of your deposit amount.

No refunds on reservations during high season.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.
